( Intro )
Heron analyzes tens of thousands of small businesses a day so good deals reach underwriters in minutes. The product was already doing the heavy lifting. The brand was not. Like the bird, people knew the name. Almost nobody had seen the thing. We came in with Jon at In The Kitchen: he owned positioning, strategy, and copy. Stōkt owned the visual system and the homepage design. Not a company trying to invent itself. A translation of something the founders already used internally, into a brand funders and brokers could trust on sight.

The shipping container did not look like a revolution. It was a box. Then it rewired how the world moves. Heron is doing that to SMB finance: messy data, packed so underwriters can actually move fast. Industrial Manifest takes the patterns off that box and turns them into a language for well-packaged data. The trap would have been a typical AI look, or dropping the bird. The right move was both. Keep the heron. Raise the craft so it can own this market, and still hold when they grow out of it.
( Responsivness )
Outstanding work on brand, web design, and motion. Highly recommend.
