One week to film. Two weeks to deliver. No room for error.

Joining the Crankworx World Tour as the first editor was an intense learning curve that quickly propelled us into a leadership role. After the first stop on the FMBA world tour, we stepped up as project leads, responsible for producing a 26-minute show on the slopestyle events. This program was broadcast globally on Red Bull TV, showcasing the pinnacle of action sports.

The stakes couldn’t have been higher. Each stop gave us just one week on-site to capture the essence of the competition, followed by two weeks to craft a fully edited and compelling narrative. Across three stops, the progression in quality and storytelling was palpable, peaking in a finale that remains one of our most celebrated edits.

The narrative centered around Brett Rheeder’s pursuit of the triple crown and Emil Johansson’s drive for his first competition win. Blending the intensity of competition with cinematic storytelling, the project embodied the thrill and artistry of slopestyle—and delivered a show that resonated with audiences worldwide.
